Convenient Location: the hotel was located in a prime area, just a short walk from the central train station. This made it very easy for us to explore the city and get around. the hotel was close to the city center, which was great for shopping and dining.

the air conditioning remote was not working and despite reporting it twice, it was not fixed until the last day.
